Masterplan for desert air motel in Sanderson TX

Accipiter

This is a masterplan for the small - medium sized motel in the charming Sanderson TX near the US - Mexico border. Primarily the masterplan was looking at common or public spaces around the motel in an effort to integrate two separate motels and a residence into one branded, upgraded motel.
